Cold roll forming is a flexible process in which multiple sets of upper and lower forming rollers are installed in a specific sequence; a corresponding metal coil is fed continuously through these rollers, thereby being shaped into a designed profile. This process is also known as roll forming, roller forming, or roll shaping. It stands as one of the most environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, safe, and highly efficient sheet metal processing techniques available.

The entire line is equipped with a single encoder to control the main machine and printer, accepting only one signal input, so as to guarantee high precision in both punching and fixed-length cutting.
We adopt synchronous drive technology, which ensures higher accuracy in cutting, web rib forming and slotting processes.
The production process is intuitively monitored. Users can clearly view the production rhythm in real time through the software interface, including detailed information on finished and pending parts, action steps of processing stations, specific processing data, material feeding status, shift output and other key parameters.
